We Love Paving is expanding its operations and is hiring Bilingual Office Staff for its new office in Tracy, California.
This role is ideal for motivated, hardworking individuals looking to build a long-term career in sales, marketing, and commercial construction.
No prior experience is required we train the right candidate.
A Key Position Within Our Organization
The Bilingual Office Staff role is essential to daily operations. You will support administrative tasks, client communication, lead follow-up, and assist sales and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities
You will assist with daily office operations, communicate with clients via phone, email, and text, follow up on estimates, update social media and websites, support inbound and outbound marketing campaigns, manage Google My Business and advertising platforms, create content, assist with graphic design, and coordinate internally to keep operations running smoothly.
Ideal Candidate & Skills
We are looking for bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates who are organized, analytical, creative, and eager to learn.
No experience is required, but experience in customer service, sales, digital marketing, social media, WordPress, graphic design, copywriting, or lead generation is a plus.
This role is ideal for individuals transitioning from retail sales, hospitality, or customer service.
Career Growth & Compensation

Employees can advance from Entry Level Office Staff to Office Associate (1–2 years), Junior Office Staff (2–4 years), and eventually Executive-level roles (4–7 years).
- Entry Level: $35k–$45k per year
- Office Associate: $50k per year
- Junior Office Staff: $60k+ per year
- Executive Level: $70k+ per year
Compensation is performance-based and includes bonuses.
Location, Schedule & Benefits
This is an on-site position in Tracy, CA.
Optional benefits are available after 90 days, including 401(k), health insurance, paid time off, and flexible scheduling.
Busy season runs from March to November, with a slower season from November to March, allowing for increased flexibility.
