Up to 15-Year Pothole-Free Warranty

Qualifying asphalt and concrete installations are covered against potholes caused by material or workmanship defects, subject to load limits and required maintenance.

Coverage Activation

To qualify for long-term protection, eligible projects must be properly activated, maintained, and documented under The Panda Pledge™ requirements.

Opt-In at Signing

15-year asphalt coverage requires the client to elect The Panda Pledge™ at the time of signing.

First-Season Sealcoating

Qualifying full-depth asphalt installations must receive the required first-season sealcoat within 6 months.

Verified Maintenance Cycles

Coverage remains active through verified maintenance cycles every 3–4 years, including sealcoating, inspections, and service documentation.

We Love Paving maintains digital service history, photos, inspection notes, and maintenance records to support coverage eligibility and future claims.

Important: Maintenance performed outside the approved system may affect coverage unless properly documented and verified according to The Panda Pledge™ terms.

What’s Covered, What Isn’t

The Panda Pledge™ protects qualifying workmanship and structural performance issues while clearly separating covered defects from normal pavement behavior, environmental damage, or improper use.

Coverage is reviewed based on your project tier, approved load capacity, maintenance history, proper use, and inspection findings.

Covered Under Tier

Eligible issues may qualify when they match the approved project tier.

01. Potholes and base failure on qualifying asphalt installations.

02. Significant settlement, displacement, or heaving on qualifying concrete installations.

03. Structural failures not caused by subgrade conditions outside the original scope of work.

04. Workmanship defects in We Love Paving-installed surfaces.

Not Covered

Some conditions are considered normal wear, external damage, or improper use.

01. Hairline cracks, minor surface fissures, shrinkage cracks, or thermal cracks.

02. Reflective cracking from pre-existing surfaces beneath an overlay.

03. Normal sealcoat fading, oxidation, tire scuffing, or surface wear.

04. Damage from chemical spills, oil leaks, fire, natural disasters, overload, or unauthorized modifications.

What Voids Any Warranty

The Panda Pledge™ depends on proper use, approved maintenance, and compliance with the project’s engineered limits. Certain actions or conditions may void coverage in affected areas or across the project.

Exceeding Load Limits

Operating vehicles or equipment above the approved weight capacity for your project tier may void coverage in affected areas.

Concentrated Heavy Use

Repeated stopping, turning, idling, or heavy loading in concentrated zones, such as dumpster pads, loading docks, fire lanes, or refuse truck areas.

Unauthorized Modifications

Repairs, alterations, trenching, patching, or modifications performed by parties other than We Love Paving or an approved contractor.

Missed Maintenance Cycles

Failure to complete required sealcoating, inspections, or documented maintenance cycles within the required timeframe.

Outstanding Payment Obligations

Undisputed outstanding payment obligations under the service agreement may affect warranty service or claim eligibility.

Warranty eligibility is reviewed based on project records, maintenance history, usage conditions, inspection findings, and the terms applicable to each coverage tier.
