These sections are specifically drafted to protect our company and clarify the high-performance engineering standards of our commercial paving services in California.


1. Scope of Information and Services


We Love Paving provides professional paving, industrial maintenance, and ADA compliance consulting. You acknowledge and agree to the following:
Informational Content: All technical data, load capacity descriptions (up to 55,000 lbs), and ADA standards provided are for educational purposes and do not constitute a formal engineering opinion.
Mandatory Inspection: No service commitment is formed until a physical on-site survey is completed and a formal Contract is signed by both parties.

2. The Panda Pledge™ & Maintenance Ecosystem


Our exclusive 15-year quality commitment is a conditional maintenance ecosystem designed for long-term asset protection:
Maintenance Obligation: To maintain coverage against potholes and structural failure, the property must undergo professional sealcoating performed exclusively by We Love Paving every 3 to 4 years.
Warranty Integrity: Hiring third-party contractors for sealcoating or repairs, or failing to adhere to the prescribed maintenance cycle, will void the Panda Pledge™ in its entirety.

3. ADA Compliance Liability Shield

While we specialize in ADA upgrades for HOAs and Commercial Real Estate, these regulations are subject to varying local interpretations:

  • WLP is not liable for lawsuits or penalties resulting from pre-existing site conditions that prevent full ADA compliance.
  • Compliance is only guaranteed based on the specific scope of work outlined in a signed written contract.

4. Limitation of Liability & Technical Specs

To the maximum extent permitted by California law, We Love Paving shall not be held liable for:

  • Weight Overload: Damage caused by vehicles exceeding the designed load specifications (e.g., heavy-duty zones designed for 55,000 lbs vs. residential zones designed for 15,000 lbs).
  • Unmarked Utilities: Damage to underground structures not accurately marked by the property owner prior to construction.
  • Geological Shifts: Cracking caused by natural earth movement or extreme weather conditions typical of Northern California.

5. Intellectual Property & Portfolio Protection

All project images, “Panda” branding, and case studies are the exclusive property of We Love Paving Inc. Unauthorized commercial use of our media to represent third-party work is strictly prohibited.
