Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information collected through our website, including estimate requests, comments, and site survey imagery. Personal information we collect through separate written agreements such as subcontractor onboarding, vendor agreements, or contracts with HOA boards and property managers is governed by the terms of those agreements and any applicable confidentiality provisions, in addition to this policy where relevant.
By browsing our website, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. Where we ask for your affirmative consent for example, when submitting an estimate request or providing your phone number that consent will be obtained through a separate acknowledgment at the point of collection, in addition to this policy.
Our website address is: https://www.welovepaving.com. We are a full-service consulting, design, and build paving company based in Northern California.

These images may incidentally include nearby vehicles, structures, or individuals present at the site. We do not use incidentally captured third-party imagery for any purpose other than documenting your property’s condition, and we will remove or blur identifiable third-party content upon a verifiable request, where reasonably feasible.
The personal information that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point we ask you to provide it.

We also use device fingerprinting to detect and prevent fraudulent estimate requests; this data is used only for security purposes, not for advertising.
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out-of-sale/share request for browsers that send it.
We Love Paving follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. This includes IP addresses, browser type, and date/time stamps.
To ensure rapid response times and seamless project management, the information you submit through our website is securely processed by our trusted third-party operational partners. This includes:
- Customer Service Infrastructure: We use industry-standard Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and internal project management boards to assign estimators and schedule your site surveys.
- Secure Cloud Storage: Site interaction logs and request details are stored in encrypted, enterprise-grade cloud databases to ensure data integrity and improve our services.
We Love Paving does not sell this data. These integrations are used strictly for internal operations, fulfilling your requests, and executing our paving services.
Our website may contain links to third-party sites, such as our social media pages. We also use analytics and tracking technologies (such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel) to help us understand site performance. At this time, we do not run paid remarketing or retargeting advertising campaigns showing ads on other websites; our follow-up communications with leads and customers are limited to email. We advise you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party providers.
When you pay by credit or debit card, your payment information is collected and processed directly by our PCI DSS-compliant payment processor, Stripe, through our field service management platform, Jobber. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems. Payments made by check, direct bank deposit, or electronic funds transfer (EFT) are processed through our financial institution in accordance with standard banking security practices.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), gives you the following rights with respect to your personal information:
Right to Know: You may request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, our business purpose for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we have disclosed it, for the preceding 12 months.
Right to Delete: You may request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions (for example, information we are required to retain to complete a transaction, comply with a legal obligation, or maintain warranty records).
Right to Correct: You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing: We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do disclose personal information to service providers such as our CRM, project management, and cloud storage providers under written contracts that restrict their use of your information to performing services on our behalf. This type of disclosure is not “selling” or “sharing” under California law and is necessary to schedule your site survey, prepare your estimate, and administer your Warranty Program coverage; it is not something you can opt out of without affecting our ability to provide these services. If we ever begin selling or sharing personal information for advertising purposes, we will update this policy and provide the required opt-out mechanism in advance
Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: You may direct us to limit our use of sensitive personal information, such as precise geolocation, to what is reasonably necessary to perform the services you request. Please note that precise location information is inherent to performing a site survey or estimate; if you limit its use, we may be unable to complete that specific service, though this will not affect any other services or rights.
Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not deny you services, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised any of these rights.
Right to Appeal: If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our denial notice or contacting us using the information below.
How to Submit a Request: You may submit a request by calling us at (888) 273-0077 or emailing [email protected]. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days, which we may extend once by an additional 45 days with notice to you. We will verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.
We Love Paving may monitor or record telephone calls, emails, text messages, and website form submissions for quality assurance, training, dispute resolution, and service improvement purposes, consistent with California Penal Code Sections 632 and 632.7. When we record a telephone call, you will hear a notice at the start of the call informing you that the call may be recorded, and your continued participation after that notice constitutes your consent. If you do not wish to be recorded, please tell the representative at the start of the call.
Our website and services are directed to businesses, property managers, HOAs, schools, and other commercial and institutional clients, and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. When performing site surveys at schools or universities, our data collection is focused on pavement and property conditions, not on students or staff; any incidental capture of individuals is handled as described under Site Imagery above. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at [email protected] so we can delete it.
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. In the event of a security incident affecting your personal information that triggers notification obligations under California Civil Code Section 1798.82 or other applicable law, we will notify affected individuals and any required regulators within the timeframes required by law, and provide information about the incident and steps you can take to protect yourself.
If you provide your phone number or email address, we may use it to send appointment reminders, project updates, and information about our services, in addition to responding to your inquiry. By submitting your phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from We Love Paving, including by automated means, at the number provided; consent is not a condition of purchase, and message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, opt out of marketing calls by asking to be added to our do-not-call list, and opt out of marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in any message or contacting us at [email protected]. Opting out of marketing will not affect service-related messages about a project you’ve already requested.
