Technical Description

This industrial infrastructure project required a full-depth reconstruction to withstand extreme mechanical stress. The technical process began with soil stabilization following the removal of failed material, followed by the installation of a mechanically compacted coarse aggregate sub-base to optimize structural support. We implemented a steel rebar reinforcement grid, anchored perimetrically to absorb tensile stresses and prevent crack propagation. The pour consisted of high-compressive-strength ready-mix concrete delivered via pumping, allowing for continuous, monolithic placement. The final finish was executed through vibration, manual screeding, and mechanical power troweling, achieving a high-precision smooth surface without the need for additional overlays.

High Load Capacity Requirement:

A surface capable of resisting industrial traffic without overlays was mandatory. Solution: We designed a rebar-reinforced slab with high-strength concrete, delivering a low-maintenance monolithic surface.
