Data Deletion Request

Last updated: September 8, 2026

This page explains how to ask We Love Paving, Inc. to delete the personal information we hold about you, and what happens after you ask. It applies to information collected through our website, through estimate request forms, through lead forms on Facebook and Instagram, and by phone.

It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which describes what we collect and why.

How to request deletion

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line Data Deletion Request, and include:

  • Your full name.
  • The email address and phone number you used when you contacted us. We need these to find your records and to confirm the request is yours.
  • The property address, if you asked us for an estimate.

You can also call us at (888) 273-0077 and ask for a data deletion request. We will still send a written confirmation to your email so there is a record on both sides.

You do not need an account, and you do not need to explain why.

What happens next

  1. We confirm we received it within 10 business days. If you do not hear from us in that time, call (888) 273-0077, because it means the message did not reach us.
  2. We verify it is you. We may ask you to confirm a detail we already have on file. We ask for this to protect you: without it, anyone could delete someone else’s records.
  3. We delete within 45 days of the request. If we need more time, we will tell you why before that deadline and finish within 90 days total.
  4. We tell you when it is done, and what was deleted.

What gets deleted

  • Your contact details: name, email, phone and address.
  • Estimate requests and the messages you sent us.
  • Lead records created when you filled a form on Facebook or Instagram.
  • Site survey photographs and measurements tied to your property, where we are not required to keep them.
  • Marketing records: whether you opened our emails, and any advertising audience that included you.

What we cannot delete, and why

Some records we are required to keep. We will tell you which of these apply to you when we respond:

  • Completed work. Invoices, contracts and job records for work we performed are kept for tax, accounting and warranty purposes. Our workmanship warranty cannot be honored on a job we have no record of.
  • Legal obligations. Records we must retain under California contractor licensing, insurance, or a legal claim or dispute.
  • Do-not-contact records. If you ask us never to contact you again, we keep the minimum needed to honor that. Deleting it entirely would mean we could contact you again by accident.

Everything outside those categories is deleted, not merely hidden or deactivated.

Third parties

When your information reached us through Facebook or Instagram lead forms, we delete our copy. Meta keeps its own copy under its own policy, and we cannot delete that for you: you can request it from Meta directly through your account settings.

We also instruct the service providers who process data on our behalf, such as our customer relationship system and our email provider, to delete your records.

Your other rights in California

If you are a California resident, the CCPA and CPRA also give you the right to know what we have collected, to correct it, to receive a copy, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information. To use any of those rights, write to the same address with what you want in the subject line, or see the California section of our Privacy Policy.

We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
