The Panda Pledge™ is our 15-year, structured warranty for durable, well-engineered, pothole-free pavement when properly maintained.
Up to 15-Year Pothole-Free Warranty
Qualifying asphalt and concrete installations are covered against potholes caused by material or workmanship defects, subject to load limits and required maintenance.
Engineered Installation & Maintenance System
Pavement performance is protected through defined installation standards, scheduled sealcoating, and ongoing inspections performed exclusively by We Love Paving.

Important Warranty Limitations
Cracks: There are no guarantees or warranties for cracks in any paving work, whether asphalt or concrete.
Abuse & Negligence: Warranties are void if the load-bearing weight capacity of the surface is exceeded by heavy traffic or trucks.

The Paving Panda Pledge™ is a long-term covenant between We Love Paving Inc. and our clients that goes beyond a standard warranty. It covers your surface against potholes or failures caused by defective materials or workmanship for up to 15 years on qualifying installations over 1,000 SF
To maintain your coverage, you must follow our Smart Maintenance Plan:
Exclusive Sealcoating: Sealcoating must be performed exclusively by WLP every 3–4 years
Authorized Repairs: All maintenance and repairs must be done by We Love Paving Inc.; third-party work voids the coverage.
Load Limits: You must operate your pavement within the specific load limits designated for your project type.
To ensure durability, the Pledge is valid as long as load limits are not exceeded:
Concrete (4-6″): Between 35,000 and 55,000 lbs depending on thickness.
Residential Asphalt (2.5-3″): Up to 15,000 lbs.
Commercial Asphalt (3.5-4″): Up to 25,000 lbs.
Industrial Asphalt (4.5-6″): Up to 45,000 lbs.
To remain transparent, we do not cover:
Normal wear and tear, such as scuffing of the sealcoat or striping.
Cracks of any kind, including hairline or shrinkage cracks.
Failures caused by subgrade erosion, alligatoring, or material separation due to base failure.
Damage from chemical spills, oil leaks, or natural disasters like earthquakes.
You must notify WLP in writing within 10 business days of discovering the issue by emailing qualitycontrol@welovepaving.com. We will then perform an inspection to determine eligibility, and if covered, we will repair the pothole promptly at no cost to you.
